Last week I went out painting with a friend and we found this bluebonnet patch in a neighbor’s front yard. It was too irresistible to pass up. This was my first outing with my new DayTripper easel, which I really like! As for the time out, it became too hot very fast and the study was all I got done. Then we went to lunch at the Irish Pub in Rockport and had a beautiful time sitting on the deck in the “Hawaiian” air, watching the palm trees sway in the breeze.
