Earlier this week I taught a fun “play in the paint” class for artists and non artists at Port Aransas Art Center. We painted a grid of 5 x 7 rectangles that can later be cut and pasted on 5 x 7 card stock and used as original greeting cards (which were supplied to each participant). The subject was Hearts. We all went through struggle, ah-ha moments, and satisfaction during the class. I was encouraged to give another class like this but focusing on flowers….which I already have scheduled at Rockport Center for the Arts on Friday May, 10th, 2024.
